sewage backup in building 3 – poured oil down the drain – unit 319 had damage to their unit with the sewage – notice going out to let the community know what not to put down the drain and how to take care of it. the clog was fixed, and the unit owner wants the community to pay ~$900 for repairs he made – board wants to ensure he has went through his insurance first
arm for the exit from the main gate is damaged, $2k estimate to fix sensor – board voted to table this until it becomes a liability or safety issue
motion to fix the sprinkler system in the club house for $1,450  – approved
