Dear Hampton Club Community:

I am writing you to announce that due to both personal demands and professional opportunities I will be resigning as President of the Hampton Club Condo Association Board effective April 13, 2015.  I have informed the board of my decision.

I joined the Board in Jan 2012 as treasurer where I was able to rein in spending and develop a plan to contribute to the reserve fund on a month to month basis.  Since 2013 as Hampton Club President, we increased the board meeting schedule from quarterly to monthly and increased the community meeting schedule from 2x’s per year to quarterly. As a board, we worked together to bring MEM property management to the HC, formulate a comprehensive plan to manage past dues collections and most recently were able to bring a vote to the community on a flat maintenance fee structure.

I would like to thank board members Ted Mack (VP), Levina Chambers (secretary) and Tricia Campo (Treasurer) for their support, leadership, dedication and passion over the past 2 years and will miss working with them to make our community a better place to live. I would also like to thank our newer members Rodney Diaz (Member at large) for his passion for the community and welcome to Subhash Bahl whom I know will be a great contributor.

I am confident that my replacement will work as part of the team to reach our common goals as a community  and I wish the Board continued success in their efforts in our mission to make the Hampton a great destination to live.

Regards,

Rashid Munir

President, Hampton Club Condo Association
