September 11, 2023Sep Subject: Racoons and Groundhogs Dear Homeowners, There has been an influx of Racoons and Groundhogs within the community. These small animals have been wreaking havoc and have become a nuisance to some residents. We have heard your concerns and are happy to announce that the association has hired E & G exterminators to remedy the matter. They specialize in neutralizing wildlife within communities like ours. During the upcoming week they will be placing cages around the community. Most of these cages will be placed in discreet locations not easily accessible to tenants and families. However, if you do see a cage, please take precautions in monitoring young children and refrain from going near them. Thank You!
