Dear Homeowners,

Over the past year we have seen an influx of dogs within the community.  This is a reminder that the Hampton Club is a NO DOG COMMUNITY.  Any unit owner who has an illegal dog living within their unit will be subject to a $500 fine and additional fines until the dog is removed.  This policy will be strictly enforced. 

We strongly suggest that you schedule an appointment to inspect your respective unit for compliance as fines are issued to the unit owner not the tenants.

This is a friendly reminder that the Hampton Club does not accept postdated checks.  All checks submitted should be ready to deposit upon receipt.  We cannot hold checks until a future date.  All checks that are dated in the future will be shredded and you will need to submit another check.

Dryer Chimney Vent Cleaning

Dear Homeowner(s),

This is a friendly reminder that as per our By-Laws you are mandated to provide proof that your,

____Dryer vent  

____Chimney

 has been cleaned and inspected.  This should be done every two years.

If you have not submitted proof of cleaning for your dryer vent/chimney please do so by Friday, May 17th 2023.  Please forward your proof of cleaning via email (office@hamptonclubnj.com) or drop it in the clubhouse mailbox.

Any homeowner that has not complied by Friday, May 17th  may be subject to fines and or penalties.

Dear Homeowners:
 
 

The Association would like to thank everyone who supported the homeowner’s meeting last Wednesday night.  Whether you attended in person or virtually, it’s clear that you really care about our community.

Ted, our president facilitated the meeting and answered everyone’s questions and concerns.  Ryan, our Insurance representative from Brown and Brown provided some nuggets as it pertained to getting homeowners insurance for condo owners.  flyer attached

John Kwasnik, Hampton Clubs’ attorney along with the assistance of Gary, our accountant, and Silvia our office assistant counted the cannabis and pet ballots.  Unfortunately, no decision could be made because we did not meet our quorum.  All votes already submitted will remain valid for 1 year.  We encourage everyone that has not yet voted to exercise your right to vote so that your voice may be heard.

This is a friendly reminder that the homeowners meeting will be held at 6:00 pm tonight at the clubhouse.  We will be announcing the results from the cannabis and pet votes. Additionally an Insurance representative from Brown and Brown insurance will be here to discuss and answer any questions regarding homeowners Insurance as it pertains to condo owners.   
 
Please contact the office if you have not received your voting ballots. 
 
 
For your convenience the meeting will also be available virtually. Please contact the management office for Zoom link.
