Club House Rental
Clubhouse Rental Policy and Submission Instructions
Please note that clubhouse rental privileges are exclusively available to current members of the Hampton Club Condo Association. Non-members are not eligible to reserve or utilize the clubhouse facilities under any circumstances.
To initiate the rental process, interested members must first complete the booking form provided below. Once your interest has been formally indicated, you are required to fill out the official rental agreement. This agreement must be signed and submitted in person to the association office, accompanied by a deposit check to secure your reservation.
All completed rental agreements and corresponding deposit checks should be delivered to the following address:

Please ensure that all checks are made payable to Hampton Club Condo Association. Incomplete submissions or checks made out to any other entity will not be accepted and may result in delays or forfeiture of your requested rental date.
