Dear Homeowner(s),
As part of our continued efforts to provide a safe and healthy environment for the community, we will begin scheduling extermination services for each building.
As indicated on your responsibility form, extermination services for the interior of the unit are Mandatory and is the responsibility of the homeowner. However, for your convenience and in an effort to streamline this process Hampton Club has partnered with Ace Tech Pest Control to coordinate these efforts.
Each building will be exterminated twice annually at $70 per service. The hope is to prevent and/or eliminate pest activity within the building interior.
Because this is a large community, we may not be able to reschedule service calls, so it is imperative that someone be home during your scheduled time of service. In addition, we ask that you make space in your Kitchen and bathroom cabinets so that the exterminator has complete access to bait and view if there is an infestation.
Payment is due by the 15th of your towers scheduled month
Ex: Scheduled date Sept 13 – payment due by Sept 15
Ex: Scheduled date Oct 25 – payment due by Oct 15
