Online payment availability email error

Dear Homeowners,

Many of you received an email from Topssoft regarding the ability to make online payments.   This communication was sent out pre-maturely.

The functionality to perform online payments has been configured.  However, the data entry for individual account activity has not yet been completed.   This means ledger balances may reflect incorrect data.   We would ask that you please disregard the balance shown at this time. 

We will communicate further information regarding online payments via this platform.
