Dear Homeowner(s),
As part of our continued efforts to provide a safe and healthy environment for the community, we will begin scheduling extermination services for each building.

As indicated on your responsibility form, extermination services for the interior of the unit are Mandatory and is the responsibility of the homeowner. However, for your convenience and in an effort to streamline this process Hampton Club has partnered with Ace Tech Pest Control to coordinate these efforts.

Each building will be exterminated twice annually at $70 per service. The hope is to prevent and/or eliminate pest activity within the building interior.

Because this is a large community, we may not be able to reschedule service calls, so it is imperative that someone be home during your scheduled time of service. In addition, we ask that you make space in your Kitchen and bathroom cabinets so that the exterminator has complete access to bait and view if there is an infestation.

Payment is due by the 15th of your towers scheduled month
Ex: Scheduled date Sept 13 – payment due by Sept 15
Ex: Scheduled date Oct 25 – payment due by Oct 15

Starting September 1st, 2022 You must either mail in your HOA payments or drop it off at the drop box next to the guard booth. You will no longer be able to submit payments at the office. We are diligently working on an online payment option for you. We anticipate that it will be available within the upcoming weeks.

Dear Homeowners,

In efforts to restore the Hampton Club Condo parking areas, maintenance has begun to repaint parking space numbers. Some parking spaces may be reassigned.
ALL units are provided a single parking space upon occupancy. Any extra spaces that are not accounted for will be released/reassigned.

  • Owners who have more than one space is encouraged to provide proof of payment. If proof of payment for parking cannot be provided, by August 09, 2022, these extra spaces will be released/reassigned.
  • If you require special needs regarding parking (i.e., handicap parking, etc.), Please contact the main office as soon as possible.

As part of our continued efforts to provide a safe and healthy environment for the community, we will begin scheduling extermination services for each tower.  As indicated on your responsibility form, extermination services for the interior of the unit are mandatory and is the responsibility of the homeowner. However, for your convenience and in an effort to streamline this process Hampton Club has partnered with Ace Tech Pest Control to coordinate these efforts.

Services will begin in August on a bi-weekly basis. Each tower will be exterminated twice annually at $70 per service. The hope is to prevent and/or eliminate pest activity within the tower interior.

Because this is a large community, we may not be able to reschedule service calls, so it is imperative that Residents be home during their scheduled time of service. Proper notification will be given.

RE: Code of Conduct when visiting the Management Office

Dear Resident(s):

As you know, the Hampton Club is now being self-managed and we have an amazing team who are dedicated to servicing the community. The new team has been tasked with addressing many concerns within the community. One of the areas that we need to address is compliance to the rules and regulations.

Recently, the management office has been met with hostility and disrespect from some residents who were not happy with a rule or regulation that was being enforced. You are reminded that the staff is here to service, you, the community. Part of servicing the community means that we will need to address anyone that is not in compliance with the rules and regulations of our  community. We understand that the management transition may be challenging for some residents but at no point is it ok to berate, swear at, or
disrespect anyone on our team because you are angry or upset.

Our team will be professional and respectful to all residents within the community and we expect this behavior to be reciprocated. However, if anyone from the community disrespects or makes anyone from our team feel unsafe, Security will be called as well the New Brunswick Police department depending on the severity of the matter. In addition, you may be subject to Legal action as well as possible eviction. 

If a resident has a request that falls outside of our normal business practice, we would ask that your request be sent to us in writing. Once we review your request, we will make a determination and provide feedback. We may make certain accommodations and or considerations for reasonable requests.
