Over the past year we have seen an influx of dogs within the community. This is a reminder that the Hampton Club is a NO DOG COMMUNITY. Any unit owner who has an illegal dog living within their unit will be subject to a $500 fine and additional fines until the dog is removed. This policy will be strictly enforced.
We strongly suggest that you schedule an appointment to inspect your respective unit for compliance as fines are issued to the unit owner not the tenants.

This is a friendly reminder that the Hampton Club does not accept postdated checks. All checks submitted should be ready to deposit upon receipt. We cannot hold checks until a future date. All checks that are dated in the future will be shredded and you will need to submit another check.

This is a friendly reminder that as per our By-Laws you are mandated to provide proof that your,

____Chimney
has been cleaned and inspected. This should be done every two years.
If you have not submitted proof of cleaning for your dryer vent/chimney please do so by Friday, May 17th 2023. Please forward your proof of cleaning via email (office@hamptonclubnj.com) or drop it in the clubhouse mailbox.
Any homeowner that has not complied by Friday, May 17th may be subject to fines and or penalties.
