RE: Clarification of Meeting Notice – Open Board Meeting

Dear Unit Owners,

Please be advised that the meeting previously noticed for Monday, March 23, 2026 at 7:00 PM was incorrectly referenced as an “Open HOA Meeting.” This was an administrative error.

The meeting is properly described as an Open Board Meeting.

An Open Board Meeting means that unit owners may attend and observe the Board’s discussion and action on Association business. It is not a membership meeting, and unit owners will not be voting on Board matters.

Please also note that this meeting is being held for the Board to conduct Association business. It is not intended as a question-and-answer session or open forum for comments from the floor. Unit owners are welcome to attend and observe, but the meeting will be limited to the Board’s agenda and discussion.

The purpose of this clarification is simply to ensure that the meeting is accurately described and that expectations are clear in advance.

As previously stated, the meeting will be held Monday, March 23, 2026 at 7:00 PM.

Attendance will be available in person, and a Zoom option will also be provided for those who prefer to attend virtually. Please email the management office if you would like to request the Zoom link.
