Notice of Homeowners Association Meeting

April 21, 2025 

Dear Unit Owners,   

We are pleased to announce that our next Homeowners Association meeting will take place on May 17, 2025, at 10:00 AM in The Club House, located at 3 Edpas Rd, New Brunswick, NJ 08901. This meeting is exclusively for unit owners. We kindly ask you to bring identification for entry.  

We encourage you to submit any questions you would like addressed during the meeting in advance. You can do this either via email or by anonymously depositing your questions in the mailbox before May 17th. We will make every effort to address all questions.  

Please note that only unit owners who are current with their HOA payments will be permitted to participate in the meeting.  

We will also offer a virtual attendance option for your convenience. If you would like to join us online, please contact the management office for the Zoom link. 

We are excited to announce a special guest, Intel Surveillance, who will provide insights on the upcoming installation of our new intercom system.
