Dear Homeowners,
In efforts to restore the Hampton Club Condo parking areas, maintenance has begun to repaint parking space numbers. Some parking spaces may be reassigned.
ALL units are provided a single parking space upon occupancy. Any extra spaces that are not accounted for will be released/reassigned.
- Owners who have more than one space is encouraged to provide proof of payment. If proof of payment for parking cannot be provided, by August 09, 2022, these extra spaces will be released/reassigned.
- If you require special needs regarding parking (i.e., handicap parking, etc.), Please contact the main office as soon as possible.
